We are looking for a high-potential HR Operations candidate who is eager to learn, build, and innovate in a fast-paced, global environment. This role goes beyond traditional operational support. In addition to developing strong foundations in HR operations, you will be encouraged to bring fresh perspectives, challenge existing processes, and explore how automation and AI can enhance the way we work.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations across:
- Timekeeping and upstream payroll-related processes
- Time off and leave management
- Employment compliance processes (ex: I-9 workflows)
- Employee helpdesk support
- Deliver high-quality operations with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; proactively propose and implement improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with other stakeholders to support operational excellence
- Drive and support automation, and AI-driven initiatives, including:
- Process optimization and workflow redesign
- Exploration and application of AI tools in daily operations
- Contribution to internal AI pilots and scalable solutions
- Analyze operational data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making
- Build and maintain clear documentation to enable standardization and scalability
