About EAME (Europe Africa Middle East & Eurasia) Distribution

EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through a differentiated distribution network. We work closely with our segment partners & Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Eurasia.

The Role

Caterpillar is looking for a Distribution Development Representative (DDR) to support the effective rollout of Caterpillar’s 2030 Strategy for Profitable Growth across the Central Eurasia district within the EAME Distribution Network.

This is a key strategic role within the district, providing oversight, coordination, and governance across 3 dealer groups and 11 countries The DDR acts as an integrator — consolidating what is being done today, shaping what will be done next, and ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned, executed effectively, and tracked rigorously. The role will also serve as an advisor to the Distribution Director.

Operating in a complex, multi‑country environment, the position requires strong adaptability, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate effectively.

What You’ll Do

This role would suit candidates with experience working in dealer or distribution environments within OEM, industrial, construction, mining, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors, or with relevant consulting experience supporting commercial or operational transformation.

As Distribution Development Representative, you will:

  • Take ownership of key strategic initiatives, providing project management, oversight, reporting, and governance with dealer partners

  • Drive implementation of district priorities in line with Caterpillar’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment across workstreams

  • Engage closely with dealer leadership teams, supporting performance improvement while respecting differences in dealer business models and market maturity

  • Support the adoption of operational processes and performance standards to deliver a consistent and differentiated customer experience

  • Track and contribute to dealer performance metrics, including commercial, operational, and financial indicators

  • Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to leverage best practices and ensure consistency across regions

  • Provide structured updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders within the district

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Engagement: Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives with dealers across the region, ensuring alignment with Caterpillar priorities

  • Customer Experience: Support consistent adoption of operational processes across the territory to enhance customer experience

  • Strategy Roll‑Out: Coordinate deployment of new strategies across the distribution function, ensuring smooth integration and effectiveness

  • Distribution Channel Performance: Contribute to initiatives focused on the long‑term financial health, profitability, and continuity of Cat® dealers

  • Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic projects, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and timely delivery

  • Cross‑Segment Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across divisions and segments to promote consistency and strategic alignment

What will put you ahead:

Please note: As this role operates in a multi‑country environment, fluency in English and Russian is required

  • Experience in business development, commercial strategy, operations, distribution development, or digital transformation within a dealer‑ or partner‑led environment

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand and connect KPIs, performance metrics, and operational outcomes

  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including OEM dealers and regional leadership teams

  • Engineering background or strong technical mindset is an advantage

  • Comfortable working in matrix organisations and across diverse cultural and market contexts

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive and confidential topics

Additional Information:

  • Onsite 5 days per week

  • Relocation will not be supported

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 30% travel
