Your Mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic Application Engineer with a passion for industrial technical environments, to deliver technical support, product demonstrations, and training sessions for our customers and business partners in Central & Eastern European Countries. You will also act as a key link between the field and our internal teams (Product, Marketing, Services, Sales), sharing insights to continuously improve our solutions and customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
๐งญ๐ค Customer Support & Guidance
Respond to user requests and provide tailored technical assistance
Analyze customer needs and identify issues to deliver effective solutions
Communicate clearly and appropriately depending on the audience
Document and share knowledge internally to improve support processes
๐๐ฅ๏ธ Training & Demonstrations
Prepare and deliver high-quality training sessions and product demos
Adapt content to the audience and ensure understanding of software features
Evaluate trainee progress using appropriate validation tools
Collaborate with internal experts to stay up to date with product capabilities
๐๐ Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Share customer feedback and field insights with HQ teams
Identify and report product issues to ensure proper resolution
Contribute to the evolution of our support services and product offering
Your Profile
๐ผ Education & Experience
Bachelorโs or Master's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with 3D metrology software (Metrolog X4, PolyWorks, PCโDMIS, Calypso, or similar). Training on Metrolog X4 will be provided as part of the onboarding.
Strong customer service mindset is required
Fluency in English is essential due to our international positioning and collaboration with global partners
Knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Polish is a plus
๐ Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of metrology and experience with technical software tools (CMM environments, 3D inspection tools, CAD file handlingโฆ)
Ability to diagnose complex customer situations and provide appropriate solutions
Strong communication skills, both remote and in-person, to explain technical concepts clearly
Proficiency with IT tools and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, CRM systems)

Ability and willingness to travel within the region (30โ50%, depending on customer projects), with occasional travel to France or other European locations for internal events or training.
