The Sub-Region Manager (SRM) is the leader of the activity on the define perimeter, in charge of Phileo’s strategy in the perimeter to drive sales, ensure profitability, and meet Sub-Region market needs.
As Sub-Region Director, he/she drives sales growth, profitability, and market expansion for Phileo in the Sub-Region. The SRM develops and executes commercial strategies, leads a high-performing sales team, and ensures customer intimacy while aligning with Phileo’s global objectives. The SRM manages area managers, themselves managing local sales teams.
This role requires strategic leadership with strong commercial acumen, team management skills, and a deep understanding of the animal health and nutrition sector. He/she is facilitating the high-level relationship with customers. Final objective is to growth business of the Sub-Region.
