Wilhelmsen Ships Service Polska (WSSP) is part of the Wilhelmsen Group, a global provider of services and products for the maritime industry for over 160 years. WSSP is one of 4 Wilhelmsen companies located in Szczecin. In Poland, we employ over 250 people in several departments. The entire Central Customer Service Team consists of over 50 people. Additionally, you will collaborate with global teams in an international environment. Your work will primarily ensure the timely delivery of technical products to vessels.

Support us with:

  • Registering requests for quotations and purchase orders related to the maritime industry (received from customers) and verifying them for correctness and completeness of data

  • Contacting customers from local departments of our company to gather necessary order details and inform them about changes/requirements in orders, etc.

  • Checking delivery possibilities in ports worldwide

  • Searching for and actively using information in the system to verify non-standard orders placed by customers

  • Close collaboration with local departments of our company worldwide and with the Order Processing Centre teams in Kuala Lumpur and Rio de Janeiro

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Communicative English (minimum B2 level), which apart from carrying out everyday tasks, allows you to interact with people from different parts of the world

  • Experience in customer service and working with computer systems (knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus)

  • A creative approach to addressing challenges that could arise in daily work (enabling you to fulfill all customer orders, even the non-standard ones)

  • Attention to detail, logical thinking, and clear communication

  • Identification with values such as teamwork, continuous development, and respect for diversity
