TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as first contact for countries CFO / SBR for financial advisory and perform Ad-hoc analysis / reporting for cross-divisional or functional content, e.g., financial input for board presentation.
  • Provides financial support to local functional heads of pre-defined functions (IT, HR, ACC, etc.), e.g., ad-hoc analyses of functional costs, accruals management, deviation analysis and cost reviews.
  • Support global functions controlling organization Ad-hoc requests, manage accruals posting process, as well as drive process of corrections posting for enabling functions.
  • Perform financial advisory to SSC Heads / Operations Managers, as well as interact with and support SSCDN global functional controller regarding Shared Service Center controlling topics and needs
  • Train and coach CFO / SBR / local functional heads regarding relevant d1 products (e.g., storytelling); connect to other organizations for further support, e.g., COS for authorizations.
  • Manage and approve authorizations in systems and reporting tools for non-divisional users.
  • Ensure accuracy of Recon Capex reporting & planning in alignment with Global Investment Controlling guidance.
  • Provide quarterly EF cost reports (NPC, FTE) and support special items handling process.
  • Active monitoring of controlling data quality, identification of existing inefficiencies, implementation of necessary adjustments and follow-up of issues to comply with global standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements in Central Controlling areas and activities.
  • Drive actively country integration and stakeholder management by developing and maintaining close contact and collaboration both MA/SSO-internally (Global functions Accounting, MA Regional Hub, LEFIM, COS, etc.) as well as with country and global stakeholders following a structured process.
  • Being expert of at least one area of expertise contribute to and further development of knowledge management by process improvements, keeping training paths and materials up to date and acting as a trainer.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or any related field is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Controlling / Finance, preferably with focus on financial analysis, functional controlling, and operative planning.
  • Advanced English level is required (spoken and written).
  • Strong financial storytelling and financial interpretation is required.
  • Good Understanding of controlling standards and methodologies.
  • Uses Data Analytics and other digital tools to provide insights to support better decision making (e.g., SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, feel comfortable working with senior management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in complex environments.
  • Ability to work with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in digital environment and virtual teams.
  • Results and solutions drive mindset.
