Brown and Caldwell (BC), a leading environmental engineering firm, is currently seeking an Area Growth Leader to partner with operational, technical, and other BC leaders to maximize BC’s potential to grow sales and backlog in the Central Area (mostly Texas, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, and New Mexico).
This Area Growth Leader role is a leadership position that drives the strategic growth, business, and sales planning processes to drive sustainable revenue growth and profit for the Central Area. This role will manage the development of strategic growth plans and client growth business plans for client portfolios in the Central Area and will foster and maintain first-hand client relationships where appropriate. This role is responsible for meeting key performance metrics as defined by and in concert with the West Business Unit (WBU).
As a business partner to the Central Area Director and under the guidance of the WBU Growth Director, the Area Growth Leader will advance a client-focused sales culture while serving as a model for sales leadership. The Area Growth Leader will play a lead role in formulating and executing strategy for the area’s sales program and will be managing a portfolio to contribute to the growth objectives of the WBU.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of market drivers and competitive forces in the Central Area and understand how each can create challenges or opportunities in achieving sales growth targets.
Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $159,000 - $238,000
Location B: $175,000 - $262,000
