Central Administrator

A quick look at the role

The Central Administrator is responsible for taking customer bookings, liaising with suppliers to ensure service delivery for Key Customers. Compilation and analysis of customer data reports to set deadlines. Dealing with Accounts Payable and ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers. You will also provide administrative support to all other areas within the division as and when required.

This role will initially be office based in Barlborough but over time it will be Hybrid.

Your core responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to deliver exceptional service through managed helpdesks.
  • Prepare accurate customer reports and manual invoices daily.
  • Manage monthly profit and loss day books for timely financial reporting.
  • Raise and confirm conveyance notes for sub-contract services within strict deadlines.
  • Input orders into D365 for effective reporting and supplier payments.
  • Resolve supplier and customer invoice queries with detailed account reconciliation.
  • Undertake any additional duties as required.
  • Cover for the team manager where necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to manage workload and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
