As the COE Program Manager, you will lead a passionate team that brings peer recovery support and care coordination directly into communities—building bridges to recovery and empowering lives.

The Role:

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to advancing recovery services in behavioral healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the COE Care Management Team, providing regular supervision, guidance, and development opportunities

  • Ensure seamless coordination between patients, staff, and community partners for effective recovery support

  • Facilitate team learning through quarterly COE collaboratives and customized training sessions

  • Monitor and audit documentation and program data to ensure compliance and drive quality improvement

  • Serve as a liaison between COE staff, Center Managers, and Center Medical Directors

  • Support integration of behavioral health and recovery support services into all aspects of patient care

  • Provide on-call support as needed to Certified Recovery Specialists

  • Champion a culture of shared learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Maintain alignment with regulatory standards, payer expectations, and organizational protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (Chemical Dependency, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in a human services or substance use treatment setting, including supervision and program planning

  • Active Certified Recovery Specialist Supervisor (CRSS) Certification required

  • Knowledge of community resources, referral networks, and peer support integration

  • Experience in case management or care coordination strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, provide clear supervision, and work independently

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites as needed

Why CleanSlate?

  • Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends or major holidays

  • Generous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidays

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with company match

  • Company-paid life and disability insurance

  • A mission-driven culture where your leadership helps shape the future of recovery
