Purpose and Impact:
The Center Manager will support the mission and purpose of the Children Board’s Family Resource Center program. Will assist the CBFRC Director by providing supervision and direction to Intake Referral Specialist, Support Specialist, and Family Specialists.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field required.

The Manager must possess a strength-based approach to family support service delivery and uses resources wisely. Demonstrated skills in developing programming to meet the unique needs of the community and Center members. The Manager has the capacity to apply knowledge in assessing situations, providing clear verbal/written communications, responding to incidents or crisis, and capacity to supervise/coach staff.
