Ashburn is currently seeking a qualified Center Director.

Qualifications include at least one of the following seven options:

• Graduate degree in a related field and at least 6 months of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 yr of experience
• 48 completed college credits with at least 12 being in ECE and 1 yr of experience
• An Early Childhood Certification and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
• A Child Development Credential and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
• A Montessori Certification and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
• 120 college credit hours in ECE within the last 3 yrs and 3 yrs programmatic experience plus one additional year of supervision experience

Pay Range $55,000—$70,000 USD

What We Need from You:

 Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.  
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
