We are seeking a qualified and motivated Center Director with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in management, administration, or supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily center operations, supervising and supporting staff, maintaining a safe and organized environment, managing schedules and resources, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to clients and families. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders to achieve the center’s goals and maintain high-quality services.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
