Role: Preschool Director
Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
- Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
- Monitor financial performance and operational goals
- Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
- Foster a positive culture for children, families, and team members
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Director I and Director II certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of center leadership experience required
- Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills
- Experience supporting enrollment growth and family retention preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and leadership
