Center Director / Co-Director (Early Childhood Education) – Natick

Location: The Learning Experience – Natick, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a collaborative Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
  • Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
  • Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
  • Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
  • Monitor financial performance and operational goals
  • Strengthen family engagement and community relationships


Qualifications

  • Director I and Director II certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
  • Strong organizational and team development skills
