We are looking for individuals who will work closely with tutors, parents, and students. All curriculum and lesson planning is completed for you, so you can spend class times focused on the people. You will train and manage the tutors, will complete new student evaluations, and will have short discussions with parents about progress or general admin tasks.
Gideon Math and Reading is an after-school learning center for students 4 yrs old to 13 yrs old that is owner operated. Our goal for every child is to succeed in school and beyond. Moreover, we aim for each student to gain confidence in their abilities not only in math and reading but also in their ability to overcome obstacles and learn from their mistakes. Responsibilities:
You will interview applicants and train new employees using hands-on activities along with online modules. You will manage the employee schedule and be their direct supervisor and point person. You will do new student evaluations and discuss the starting point with parents. Additionally, you will aid in the class flow of the center, help answer parent questions, and do basic admin tasks.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
