Incumbent provides a full range of clerical support for the center manager, staff and program. Provides assistance with basic office management and information management for the department.
Level 1:High school diploma or GED or a combination of education/experience.
Level 2: One to three years of experience.
Level 1: Responsible only for own work. May explain work instructions to others but does not supervise others.
Level 2: Requires contact with others on routine matters (furnish or obtain information) within own department, and with other departments, customers, vendors, or the public. Usually supplies or seeks information where tact and courtesy are needed.
Level 2: Responsibility for confidential matters is minor due to limited exposure or controls.
Level 1: Normal mental, visual, and physical attention are required. Light mental concentration on repetitive operations is required. Regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to twenty five (25) pounds
