Are you a people-person who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly? Do you light up when you get to support families and make someone's day a little easier? If so, we'd love to meet you! Our ABA therapy clinic is looking for a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented Center Administrator to be the welcoming face and steady hand behind our daily operations.

This is more than an admin job, it's a chance to be a meaningful part of a clinic where ABA therapy changes lives every day. You'll work hand-in-hand with clinical staff, leadership, and families to create a clinic experience that feels organized, caring, and genuinely supportive.

What You'll Do

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Own the daily scheduling for clients and staff, making sure every ABA therapy session runs like clockwork
  • Step in as our go-to scheduler when cancellations, staff absences, or last-minute changes pop up
  • Keep families and staff in the loop with clear, friendly scheduling updates
  • Help maintain smooth scheduling coverage throughout the busy clinic day

Front Desk & Family Support

  • Greet clients and families with a smile as they arrive for ABA therapy
  • Be the friendly voice and helpful presence behind our phones, emails, and front desk
  • Provide top-notch family support around scheduling, cancellations, and clinic happenings
  • Help create a clinic atmosphere that feels organized, calm, and welcoming for every family who walks through our doors

Clinic Organization & Inventory

  • Keep therapy rooms and common areas stocked, tidy, and ready for ABA therapy sessions
  • Track supply needs and flag requests to leadership before we run low
  • Support a clean, functional space where great ABA therapy can happen every day

What We're Looking For

  • Previous scheduling or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people
  • A natural multitasker who stays calm and organized even when the day gets busy
  • A professional, reliable presence that families and staff can count on
  • Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and everyday computer programs
  • Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy settings is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!

Bonus Traits We Love

  • Sharp attention to detail
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • A talent for staying warm and professional with both families and staff, even on hectic days

Why You'll Love Working Here

Every day, you'll see firsthand how ABA therapy makes a real difference, and you'll be the organized, friendly heartbeat that keeps our clinic, and our scheduling running seamlessly. If you're ready to bring your administrative skills and your passion for family support to a team that truly values what you do, we'd love to hear from you!

About Kennedy Care

Kennedy Care was established in 2003 in response to the need for a higher level quality in the home care field in Southeast Michigan. Our agency was founded by a desire to meet and exceed the needs of the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill individuals in the area who wish to remain in their homes, but cannot continue to stay in the home environment without assistance. In 2014 Kennedy Care expanded to offer in-home child care in addition to the existing senior care.

From humble beginnings, Kennedy Care has emerged as one of the most trusted names in home care in Michigan. Our dedication, accessibility, and focus on caring for our clients, their families, and our staff have been the reason for our success today.

Kennedy Care is committed to promoting you or your loved one’s strength and independence – spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. We offer companionship, assistance with personal care, and provide motivation with a desire to serve your family in the comfort and security of your home.
