
Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a highly experienced and skilled mission-driven Sr. Information Operations as the CENTCOM Mission Manager located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The Mission Manager will lead, direct, and oversee the integration of Information Forces (IRCs) into strategic and operational planning, and mission execution as part of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE). This role advises command staff, manages IO strategy development, and ensures alignment with operational objectives and policy directives. In addition to Sr. IO duties, this position will serve as the Leidos manager for all CENTCOM employees and will lead or assist in staffing, performance management, employee mentorship, and will assist the Leidos PMO with travel, financial, and performance metric reporting. Candidates must already possess a currentTop Secret/SCI security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Combatant Command-level Management leadership for OIE planning and execution.
Serve as a senior advisor to the J39 on integrating Information Forces into strategic, operational, and tactical operations.
Provide aggressive staffing agility, dual-layer reporting, precision financial governance, and strict technical delivery compliance.
Represent Leidos and ensure customer contractual expectations are understood and met.
Responsible for all compliance and reporting requirements by actively managing the designated management portal.
Supervise and mentor OIE staff across CENTCOM and task forces.
Ensure Coverage of OIE equities in joint planning groups, command-level briefings, and interagency forums.
Maintain awareness of current technologies and best practices across OIE.
Provide contract management.
Track staff qualifications, verifying labor compliance, and managing on-site vendor or contractor teams.
Responsible for Regulatory Compliance to include knowledge of labor laws, human resource policies, and specific government or industry approval processes.
Assist PMO with risk and financial interests to include budget tracking, cost-price analysis, and dispute resolution
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s in military art, Strategic Studies, or related field strongly preferred. May consider additional experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience in IO planning at the Joint or Combatant Command level.
Commissioned officer, Senior NCO, or senior civilian with equivalent rank/responsibility and experience
FA30 qualification, 37A/F (Army Psychological Operations Officer or NCO) or 14F (Airforce Information Operations Officer) or 0510/0520/0530 (MAGTF IO Officer and Planner series) or equivalent military specialty with demonstrated operational IO, OIE leadership
In-depth knowledge of JOPP, campaign planning, and joint doctrine
U.S. Citizen with a current passport
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s in Military Art, Strategic Studies, or related field, degrees in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credentials
Graduate of JIOPC, Joint Cyber Ops Planner Course, or MILDEC Planner Course
Experience leading cross-functional or interagency teams in a high-tempo environment
Operational leadership experience with OPSEC, DDA, and Information Force missions
Operational experience supporting Joint Formations and Combatant Commands
Familiarity with classified systems, policy development, and strategic communication
Contract Management: 5+ years drafting, negotiating, and executing business or government agreements.
Risk and financial acumen including experience handling budget tracking, cost-price analysis, and dispute resolution.

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
