Detailed Description of the Project

Support the Financial Information team in preparing and delivering executive-level performance analysis reports for senior management. The intern will collaborate on the consolidation, review, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data used for strategic decision-making.

Project Objective

Strengthen the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes by leveraging technology-driven automation, enabling the team to deliver timely, high-quality performance insights to senior leadership.

Challenges for the Students

The student must demonstrate a high degree of organization and attention to detail. They will be expected to quickly learn and adopt technological tools that enable the automation of tasks, work with large datasets, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

• Update and automate files used to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis reports.
• Support the preparation of executive presentations and dashboards for senior management.
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance of financial information.

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)
