Job Description

关键职责

1. 店铺客户发展战略制定与数据分析

  • 全面负责制定店铺的客户发展年度/季度策略与执行计划,确保与店铺业务目标高度对齐;
  • 主导店铺客户数据的深度分析,监控关键绩效指标,主动发现客户行为趋势、细分机会、潜力客群及业务提升点,并转化为具体的行动方案;
  • 建立店铺级客户数据看板与诊断体系,定期向店铺管理层提供战略洞察报告与决策建议。

2. 客户关系项目与活动的策略性落地与优化

  • 负责品牌客户关系项目在店铺的策略性定制与落地,根据店铺特点优化执行方案,并跟踪、分析项目效果,持续优化;
  • 统筹规划并执行店铺级别的客户活动和礼遇,包括目标设定、策略策划、资源协调与效果复盘,确保活动有效支撑客户发展策略;
  • 确保系列产品活动的客户沟通策略在店内有效执行,并整合反馈;
  • 统筹客户活动。

3. 对店铺团队的赋能与协同

  • 作为店铺客户关系领域的策略专家,向店铺管理团队及全体员工(包括精品店客户关系专家)传达客户发展策略、分享数据分析洞察与市场实践,统一团队认知;
  • 协同店铺经理与精品店客户关系专家,确保各项客户策略与规定在运营中得以贯彻。

4. 统筹客户活动

  • 了解客户活动的目标,制定目标计划;
  • 向精品部告知活动需求并分配目标;
  • 与主要利益相关者密切合作,确保活动实施(如预约跟进);
  • 整合客户和精品部的反馈和意见。

我们希望您

  • 拥有本科或以上学历;
  • 具备优秀的英语口语及书写能力;
  • 拥有5年以上客户关系管理、客户策略或商业分析经验,有时尚/奢侈品零售行业店铺层面经验者优先;
  • 拥有海外学习或工作经验为佳;
  • 具备卓越的独立数据分析与战略规划能力,能基于店铺数据制定可执行的客户策略;
  • 具备出色的业务洞察力,能主动发现并解决问题,驱动店铺客户业绩增长;
  • 具备优秀的领导力、沟通协调能力及多任务项目管理能力;
  • 对客户关系管理有深刻理解和热情,学习能力强;
  • 能熟练使用办公软件及数据分析工具(如Excel高级功能、Power BI、CRM系统等)。
