We're looking for Cellar Hands to support our small winemaking team through the 2026 harvest. This is hands-on production work — moving fruit, cleaning tanks, running the forklift, and keeping the cellar running safely and efficiently during the busiest stretch of our year. No winery experience is required; we'll train you. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever the day needs you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a forklift to move fruit, bins, and equipment around the cellar (training provided)
• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, and cellar equipment, including safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Supporting fruit receiving and processing during harvest — sorting, crush, and press support
• Helping with pre-harvest prep in August: cleaning, bottling support, and getting the cellar ready
• Assisting with barrel work and basic lab sampling as needed
• Following all safety procedures, including chemical handling and work at heights

Who You Are

• You're not afraid of physical work — this role involves lifting, standing, and staying on your feet all day
• You show up reliably and stay accountable to your team, especially during time-sensitive harvest weeks
• You communicate clearly and speak up right away if something needs attention
• You're eager to learn, whether this is your first harvest or your fifth
• You work well as part of a small, supportive team and pitch in wherever needed
• You're comfortable in a cool, wet cellar environment and around cleaning chemicals used safely under training

Work Environment

You'll work entirely inside Malivoire's cellar (no vineyard/field work), kept cool for tank temperature control. Hours are steady and full during peak harvest — typically 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with one rotating day off — and taper to shorter days as the season winds down in November. This is fast-paced, physical, team-based work: you'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with a small crew getting the fruit in and the cellar running smoothly.

Technology & Tools

Forklift, cellar production equipment (tanks, hoses, presses, pumps), and basic cleaning/sanitation chemicals — full training provided on all equipment and safety protocols.
