At Petaluma, we don’t just pour wine, we craft moments.
As part of Vinarchy, a global wine company redefining what modern wine culture looks like, Petaluma blends heritage, innovation and genuine hospitality to create experiences that stay with people long after they leave the cellar door.
This is your chance to join a team that’s passionate, welcoming and proud of the wines and stories they share. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and want to be part of a brand with real history and heart, you’ll feel right at home here.
As a Cellar Door Host, you’ll be the face of Petaluma, greeting visitors, guiding tastings, sharing our rich winemaking story and showcasing some of the finest wines in our portfolio.
You’ll support the Cellar Door Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional experiences that turn guests into lifelong fans.
This is a Permanent Part‑Time role working at least 22 hours over 4 days.
You’ll bring energy, warmth and professionalism to every interaction, ensuring our cellar door feels inviting, polished and memorable.
A snapshot of your day-to-day:
You’re someone who loves wine, loves people and thrives in a dynamic environment.
This role includes regular weekend work and some manual handling.
Working at Petaluma means being part of a team that values creativity, integrity and shared success. You’ll enjoy a supportive environment, beautiful surroundings and the chance to grow your skills in one of Australia’s most respected wine brands.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy combines Vin (the French word for wine), with Archy (from the Ancient Greek word for leadership). Together it means wine leadership.
Vinarchy is one of the world’s leading dedicated wine companies and home to an incredible range of global brands led by Hardys, Campo Viejo and Jacob’s Creek. Our quality wines offer something for everyone, and every occasion – each bringing its own unique story to the world.
Our rich brand history stretches right back to the pioneering plantings of Johann Gramp and Thomas Hardy in the 1840s and 50s. Today, we craft wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain and South Africa, with our global sourcing footprint also spanning premium grape growing regions in Italy, Argentina, France, the United States and Chile. We are proud to share our wines in almost every corner of the world.
We will redefine wine by meeting the fast-changing needs of our consumers with new formats, innovative products and experiences that welcome all into wine for moments of celebration and connection.
Vinarchy is a place where passionate people can do their very best work, break new ground and redefine the industry they love.
