What you´ll do

  • Overall responsibility for Beauty/Laundry/Processing production units (Cells)
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of production processes and bottlenecks with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Strategic planning of production and personnel, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, quality requirements, productivity goals, and HPS systems.
  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of production staff, including development and coaching
  • Full budget responsibility and achievement of economic targets
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and R&D
  • Implements a long-term production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
  • Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
  • Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  • Is responsible for the Investment plan, Capex appliation and Fix Asset accounting
  • Is responsible for application of all programs in HPS to steer the OEE in a continuous improvement approach

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Min. 8 years of professional and leadership experience in the manufacturing setting, ideally in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO)
  • Solid knowledge of plant operations and continuous improvement methodologies such as KPI management, KAIZEN, 5S, and Six Sigma
  • Strong leadership personality with natural authority, excellent communication skills, and high social competence
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated influential leadership skills and the ability to lead across a large organization.
  • Detail oriented and possesses good follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to solve difficult problems to root cause and effectively influence corrective action completion.
  • Collaborative, possess ability to motivate people, and works well across the organization.
  • Thorough understanding of good hygienic practices and the importance this has to Henkel products.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written at all levels of the organization.Ability to effectively communicate complex and technical concepts and data to non-technical people.
  • Skilled in use multiple problem solving tools to determine root cause and adequately develop corrective action.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (making, blending, packing, warehousing, etc).

The salary range
for this role is $105,000 to $140,000. This range represents the good‑faith minimum
and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the
time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible
for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The
Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual
compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,
experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to
