Main Responsibilities:

主要职责

• Charge machine to produce product independently and make sure daily output and quality

  独立操作机器生产产品并且保证每日产出及质量

• Solve common machine issue independently

  独立解决一般性机器问题

• Make sure operation under safe condition

  确保生产现场安全操作

• Make sure machine be maintained properly and normal running

  确保机台的正常维护及运行

• Make sure all quality requests be implemented and responded for assigned shift

  确保质量措施的贯彻以保证责任班组的产品质量

• Make sure production follow plan and finish job on time

  确保生产按照生产计划及时准确完成任务

• Make sure all the requested records be input into computer or fill on paper in time and correctly

  确保生产中所有要求的记录及时准确的输入或填写

• Keep and improve working area 5S

  维护及改善工作区域5S

Education:

学历要求：

High School graduated or equivalent combination of education and experience. Higher education and associated degree in a mechanical field is preferred.

高中毕业或同等经验及学历，更高学历和机械专业的优先考虑

Experience, Skills & Background:

工作经验、技能、背景：

• Minimum 1 year fastener machining experience.

  至少1年紧固件行业机加工经验

• Family with comparer, micrometer, head high gauge, etc. know about SPC is preferred.

  熟练使用投影仪，千分尺，头高仪等。懂SPC的优先考虑

• Ability to understand and product blue prints and production method very well

  能完全理解产品图纸,并熟悉生产方法

• Be familiar knowledge of computer and good skill on software like Excel and Word is preferred

  有基本的电脑知识，软件会Excel和Word的优先考虑

• Good communications and team working spirit.
