Just imagine building a new in-house media planning capability across an entire region. Then make it real.
As our CEEMEA Senior Media Planning Manager, you'll lead the transition to an in-house media planning model across the CEEMEA Market Group for the LEGO® Group. You'll shape regional media strategy, establish new ways of working, build a high-performing team, and help connect media investments to business outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to create the foundations for a new operating model while influencing regional and global stakeholders and helping define the future of media planning across multiple markets.
If you've worked in a role where you led transformation, built new capabilities, or implemented large-scale operating model changes, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine strategic media expertise with strong delivery, governance, and stakeholder leadership.
You'll join Global Media Planning, a collaborative team that works closely with marketing, analytics, investment planning, and agency partners to deliver meaningful business outcomes. We share knowledge openly, solve challenges together, and value clear communication. This role calls for strong relationship building, team leadership, commercial thinking, and the ability to bring people together around a shared direction. Our hybrid working rhythm combines in-person collaboration for planning, workshops, and key milestones with flexible remote working.
Success means becoming the recognised media leader for CEEMEA, with an in-house planning model operating effectively across the region and a strong team in place. You'll help shape the next phase of media transformation, strengthen governance and investment stewardship, and advance innovation in areas such as AI-enabled capabilities and evolving media ecosystems. You'll work closely with regional marketing leadership, global media teams, investment planning partners, senior business leaders, and agency partners to ensure CEEMEA remains aligned with global standards while delivering regional impact.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
