About the role:

As a CEE Export Markets SFE Manager, you will support sales productivity by shaping segmentation and targeting, designing incentive plans, and tracking performance to improve field execution.

In this role, you will lead the use of data and analytics across sell-in, sell-out and customer metrics, providing insights and recommendations to Sales and Commercial Excellence teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the SFE team, acting as a key advisor on effectiveness and performance topics.

  • Own segmentation, targeting, customer universe and route-to-market management.

  • Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans, including targets, governance and reporting.

  • Drive adoption of sales tools and data (e.g. CRM/SFA) to improve field execution.

  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that combine internal and external data.

  • Manage relationships with external data and analytics providers.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Activation, Category, NRM and Demand teams to address. business challenges and deliver projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a quantitative or business-related field.

  • Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or commercial analytics in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG.

  • Experience in segmentation and targeting, incentive design, and performance reporting.

  • People leadership experience, including leading or developing teams.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Communication and influencing skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Experience with CRM/SFA systems or reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of tools such as SQL or VBA is an advantage.
