We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Plant Care Associate to join our team in our Research Triangle Park location. This role will support our research team by assisting with maintenance of our greenhouse facilities. The successful candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and an integral part of a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication, record-keeping, and teamwork will be critical. This role is for a three- or four-month part-time contract, ideally with morning hours up to 20 hours per week (morning to afternoon schedule with 2-3 hours some to most weekends; some flexibility in hours during the week). After that time the position would end or transition to a full-time contract role.

The pay range for this role is $32 - $36 per hour and the contractor will be employed by a third-party staffing company. Certain employee benefits may be available to the contractor through the staffing company after meeting minimum criteria. Compensation and benefits information is based on Terrana Biosciences, Inc.'s good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
