How You Will Support Us

• You will share responsibility for maximizing hotel revenue by optimizing occupancy and utilization within our conference and event facilities
• You will actively promote and sell our Conference & Events offerings
• You will support us in responding to and processing customer inquiries
• You will help take care of our guests during events and ensure smooth event operations
• You will review guest satisfaction following events
• You will handle guest feedback professionally and independently resolve smaller challenges
• You will work with the team to continuously create new “wow” moments for our customers
• You will enjoy supporting young talents (such as our outstanding apprentices) throughout their learning journey and helping them feel comfortable and valued

What You Can Do to Impress Us

• You have already gained experience in event sales
• You have completed vocational training in hospitality or hold a degree from a hotel management school
• You possess strong commercial and analytical skills
• You are highly organized and have excellent planning abilities
• You are a team player
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• You are proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and Word
