You will be responsible for

What the job is about:

  • Ensuring compliance with internal KPIs, so each planogram minimizes waste and stock while maximizing sales through accurate shelf capacities, appropriate equipment, and merchandising style.
  • Participating in strategic sessions, understanding category strategies, and translating them into effective merchandising solutions.
  • Supporting NWT sessions, preparing inputs, and driving next steps.
  • Managing 3D merchandising for range reviews, ensuring readiness for approval with proper documentation and store communication.
  • Conducting quality checks on all planograms before launch to ensure accurate implementation from the start.
  • Personally, reviewing Essential range change nominations for relevance and providing feedback to buyers.
  • Ensuring timely publication of each range change event according to the agreed schedule.
  • Supporting other departments by providing requested details and proactively participating in cross-functional projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement by visiting stores and competitors and sharing insights.

You will need

What you will need:

  • Higher education
  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in data-oriented position but we also welcome fresh graduates
  • Conversational level of English language knowledge (B1)
  • Merchandising, Retail or Buying experience is an advantage
  • MS office
  • Great time management
  • Detail focused
  • Strong technical skills
