About the role

HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?

Marketing is truly an exciting place to work. We create iconic brands and bring them to life to make our shoppers feel confident in us. We work with some of the biggest agencies to create inspiring and innovative campaigns stretching from Valentine’s day to Christmas campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyse customer and commercial data to identify insights and opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective marketing and business development initiatives
• Create and execute marketing strategies that support business goals
• Manage communication campaigns and work closely with external agencies
• Prepare briefs, provide feedback, and ensure high‑quality campaign delivery
• Influence key stakeholders and support decision‑making with clear insights
• Coordinate meetings and ensure smooth collaboration across teams

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• University degree
• 1–2 years of marketing experience (ideally FMCG or retail)
• Advanced English (C1) and strong communication skills
• Confidence in presenting and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and manage campaigns
• Experience working with agencies and creating clear briefs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a customer‑focused mindset
• Communication skills
