You will be responsible for

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Orchestrating Insight delivery across the region

  • Translate business priorities into high-impact insight projects, combining research, analytics and market data
  • Shape how work gets done by defining priorities, resourcing and delivery models across teams and partners
  • Continuously evolve our ways of working and tools to deliver faster, smarter and more actionable insights

Owning the Insight agency and data ecosystem

  • Define and lead the Insight partner strategy across Central Europe
  • Manage key partners and design effective collaboration models, contracts and research programmes
  • Drive quality, efficiency and value, ensuring our investments deliver measurable business impact

Building Insight capabilities across the team

  • Define and deliver a forward-looking capability roadmap for the Insight function
  • Elevate the teams craft in synthesis, storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Embed high standards and new ways of working, including the use of AI in insight generation

You will need

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into impact and shaping how Insight drives business decisions.

  • University education
  • Min. 5 years experience in customer insight, analytics or market research (retail or FMCG preferred)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
  • People management experience
  • Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Experience working with multiple data sources in a cross-functional environment
  • Exposure to agency or partner management is a plus
