Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. Main Tasks and Responsibilities 主要任务和职责

• SAM supplier strategy and roadmap development, global purchasing blueprint support

• 为SAM事业群相关产品拟定供应商战略以及路线图，支持全球化采购布局

• Leading component localization & multiple source sourcing based on purchasing strategy, responsible for business negotiation, quality verification and supplier collection

• 基于采购战略，组织零件国产化与二供开发的供应商定点，负责商务谈判、质量验证及供应商选择

• Initiate or support redesign-to-cost (ReDTC) or VAVE programs for BA products after SOP for continuously cost improvement and cost competitiveness

• 发起与支持各类降本或VAVE项目以此持续为事业部产品优化成本，提升产品竞争力

• Control supplier APQP key milestone to make sure on time SOP

• 追踪供应商APQP关键节点确保按计划SOP

• Manage and analyze the purchasing report and track the un-normal figure and potential cost reduction opportunities by deep dive the database

• 管理以及分析采购报告，通过深入数据分析识别异常采项及潜在降本机会

• Handle all supply chain related issue like supplier delivery, supplier claim, tariff war impact, etc.

• 处理各类供应链问题，如供应商交付， 索赔，关税战影响等

Qualifications

Education教育背景

• Excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree

双一流本科或者硕士学历

• High proficiency in English, exceptional intercultural awareness and communication skills

出色的英文能力，卓越的跨文化意识和沟通技能

• Majored in Automotive Engineering, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related

汽车工程、电子、机械等工科类专业背景

Practical Experience实践经验

• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of working experience in respective functions

2026应届毕业生或社会工作经验最多不超过2年

• At least 6 months of practical experience / internships / projects in automotive industrial related working field is preferred

若有6个月或以上在汽车行业的实习、项目实践或工作经验者优先考虑
