The team you will be a part of

The Sales Development team is responsible for sales training programs and training outcomes. Works with sales management to gain knowledge of training scenarios, and facilitates a variety of on and off site sales training courses to support the further development of the sales training curriculum. Training sessions can include new hire orientation, product training, sales process and consultative selling, presentation skills, phone selling skills and any other key learning required by sales management.

This role in summary

As a Sales Development Analyst, this role will be focused on developing and implementing Sales Strategies (Sell In and Sell Out) for his/her assigned accounts. His/Her main accountability is to deliver the Net Sales and Gross Product Margin targets for our spare parts, consumables and accessories business. In order to achieve it, He/She must have a high level of Drive for Results, Negotiation Skills, Resources Management, Business Acumen, Managerial Courage, Analytical Skills, Personal Relationship Skills, Clear Communication Skills, Collaboration Skills and a great Service Attitude. He/Seh must have the profile, experience and potential to be able to become a sales manager in the mid-term.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Deliver the Net Sales and Gross Product Margin targets assigned to the region.
  • On daily basis, negotiate with the assigned accounts the Sales Orders to comply with target
  • Make sales quotation to assigned accounts
  • Grow region´s share of wallet (horizontal growth)
  • Negotiations and Follow-up to close deals
  • Visit their facilities (Travel)
  • Accountable for follow-up of complete Sales cycle (quotations, sales orders, billing, delivering, payments, returns, etc.)
  • Lead the Champion Leaders activities and reporting
  • Benchmark of competitors and non genuine parts

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration
  • 5 years experience in Wholesale Sales
  • 3 years experience in Account Management
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables)
  • Google suite knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of projects and data
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English language
