The Commercial Operations Associate 3 assists the delivery of sales programs and bid pursuits, contributing to commercial outcomes with customers.
1. Assists with commercial initiatives and utilises tools to support delivery of sales and profit targets.
2. Assists the implementation of key sales tools such as bonus calculators and sales presentations.
3. Assists with basic reporting and forecasting needs to support sales payplan deliverables.
4. Collates and gathers information to support interactions between the sales and the deals team to ensure all relevant information is captured accurately and in a timely manner, driving towards successful deal registration approval within the SLA (service level agreement) set.
5. Assists with sales processes and provision of commercial operations support to internal stakeholders throughout customer lifecycles with minimal guidance.
6. Assists in the preparation of quotes for distribution partners with all the required information included and within the committed SLAs with minimal guidance.
7. Uses existing procedures and analysis of information to solve standard and straightforward non-standard problems.
