We are looking for experienced CDL drivers to become fully trained instructors to teach year round.

Qualifications
Requirements
- 2 years or more of recent truck driving experience
- Valid State of Michigan CDL A - no restrictions Driver’s License
- Must have or be able to qualify for a State of Michigan Driver’s Education Certificate in Truck Driving Training
- Instructors must have a current CDL DOT Medical Wallet Card
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather, with extended periods of time standing and sitting
- Must be able to get in and out of Semi-Tractor/Trailers and perform all driving related duties
- Must have patience, flexibility and a willingness to learn

- Sufficient ability to stand for extended periods of time, move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation. - Ability to use current technology to maintain student records
- Ability to communicate effectively in classroom and individual settings
- Knowledge of materials (subjects) that will be taught to students and ability to use and communicate Ross curriculum
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced work environment
- Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames
- Demonstrates professionalism in manner, dress and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor
- Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Adhere to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics
- Perform related work as required
