INDUSTRY: Waste Management and Logistics

LOCATION: Haltom, TX

CONTEXT: A leading provider of site services is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to operate roll-off trucks. The successful candidate will manage container delivery and pickup services across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial locations, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport containers to and from designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Secure containers according to safety protocols prior to transport.
• Navigate various environments, including residential neighborhoods, commercial job sites, and industrial facilities.
• Perform necessary physical tasks required for the role, including climbing onto the truck and manual adjustments for loading/unloading.
• Maintain strict adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Class B or A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• 1–2 years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive drug screening and background check.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in diverse settings.
• Physical capability to perform required job duties, including climbing and occasional lifting.
• Prior experience with roll-off trucks or waste hauling is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial driving or logistics.
• Familiarity with hydraulic container systems and standard loading/unloading procedures.
