
Central Environmental, Inc. is a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking several CDL Drivers to transport soil, aggregates, C&D Debris, Metal Recyclables, etc on various construction sites in all weather conditions.Drivers shall perform daily truck inspections, complete log sheets, and maintain a clean truck.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
· Transporting crushed rock, sand, gravel, broken concrete, debris, broken asphalt, etc. to and from specified locations. Verifying the types of materials being transported and ensuring that materials are loaded
· Transporting Heavy Equipment such as dozers, excavators, rollers, attachments, etc.Verifying all types of equipment being transported are properly tied down.
· Inspect Trucks/Tractors/Trailers before and after every trip or as required by management.
· Maintain Accurate Driver Logs.
· Maintain proper documentation per regulatory requirements for transport and disposals.
· Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
· Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License.
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
· Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Out of town & overnight travel is required
· Must comply with the Company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements
· Must pass pre-employment Fit For Duty Physical
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
