Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating commercial vehicles and various types of equipment to support daily operations. Candidates must possess a valid CDL and have a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, or other heavy equipment as needed.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
  • Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and the public.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL required.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards.
  • Equipment operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
