CDL Driver (Class A)

Pay: $25–$28 per hour | Full-Time

As a Class A CDL Driver, you’ll transport tires and freight between McCarthy Tire Service locations while providing safe, timely, and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• TWIC card preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
• Safely load, unload, and handle tires as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move 50+ pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
