What You Will Do

  • Assist & Learn: Ride along with experienced drivers, assisting with safe navigation, unloading products, and customer service.
  • Train: Participate in our company-sponsored CDL training program (theory, maneuvers, and Smith Systems safe driving) to prepare for your Class A license.
  • Deliver: Physically handle product delivery, including moving kegs and cases in diverse weather conditions and environments, benefiting from tech-enhanced route efficiency.
  • Grow: Once licensed and promoted, you will manage your own route, serving as a brand ambassador for High Country Beverage across Northern Colorado.

The CDL Program Details

  • Cost: $0 to you. High Country Beverage covers all training expenses.
