Ferguson is currently seeking Class B CDL Drivers for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for customer‑focused drivers who value safety, reliability, and professional service.

Schedule

Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00AM start time.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands

  • Must hold a valid CDL, meet and maintain all CDL qualification requirements, and be at least 21 years of age

  • Must possess a DOT Medical Card or have the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping and delivery, preferred

  • Experience using, or ability to learn, basic technology such as tablets and other hand-held devices

  • Strong communication skills with with a customer-focused approach

  • Regular and reliable attendance

  • Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials to customers in a professional manner, assisting with loading and unloading

  • Represent Ferguson professionally at customer locations, providing courteous and responsive service

  • Pick up customer returns and validate product accuracy for credit

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the vehicle as needed, and report issues promptly

  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE

  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment

  • Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
