Routes & Schedule

• Regional OTR routes servicing:
  • Texas
  • Florida
  • Pennsylvania
• Limited East Coast travel
• No New York City borough deliveries
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Home every Friday night
• Potential for additional home nights during the week based on freight lanes and dispatch needs

Pay & Compensation

• $0.50 per mile
• Drop & hook pay where applicable
• Hourly pay where applicable
• Annual safety bonus program

• Organized dispatch and clear communication

Equipment

• Newer tractors (2016 and 2022 models)
• Governed at 72 MPH
• Professionally cleaned before assignment
• Brand-new mattress provided to every driver
• Well-maintained equipment with dedicated service support

Responsibilities

• Safely transport trailers and switchers to customer locations
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain daily communication with transportation management
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Represent Trailer Equipment / Trailer X-Press professionally at customer locations

Qualifications

Required

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass:
  • DOT Physical
  • Drug Screen
  • Background Check
• Minimum:
  • 6 months OTR experience within the past 12 months, OR
  • 1 year OTR experience within the past 3 years

Preferred

• 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and professionalism
