Job Description

Per Diem Bus Driver (NY CDL w/ Passenger Endorsement Required)
Pay: $27.96-$29.71/hr, based on experience

About the Role:
Are you engaging, safety-focused, and ready to create memorable experiences for older adults? As a Bus Driver, you’ll support residents in living active lives by transporting them to events, appointments, and activities. This role is essential in ensuring safe and enjoyable outings for our residents.

Qualifications:

  • NYS CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement
  • Ability to pass a health physical (per NY DOT standards)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to push/pull weights up to 125 lbs and sit for long periods

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 30-passenger bus
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle upkeep
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout trips
  • Maintain required documentation and time logs
