Cauler Containers Inc. is a family-owned, faith-based waste removal company that has served Lancaster and Chester Counties since 1999. We provide residential waste services and roll-off and front-load container rentals. With a small, dependable team and a commitment to integrity, we offer steady work, local routes, and a culture where safety and respect come first.

What You'll Do as a CDL B Trash Truck Driver:

  • Drive a rear-load trash truck safely and responsibly.
  • Follow assigned routes through Lancaster and Chester Counties—within about an hour of Quarryville.
  • Start early—report to the shop by 4:00 AM and work 10 to 12-hour days, Monday through Friday.
  • Log about 50 hours a week with overtime after 40.
  • Load & transport residential waste efficiently and securely.
  • Inspect your truck before and after routes; report issues promptly.
  • Help your loader with large or bulky items as needed.
  • Treat customers and the public with professionalism and respect.
  • Keep accurate records per PennDOT and company standards.
  • Assist with basic cleaning of cab and truck maintenance when required.

Our Ideal CDL B Trash Truck Driver

  • Experienced: Holds a valid CDL Class B license with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience (required for insurance).
  • Safety-Minded: Pays attention to surroundings, follows safety protocols, and takes pride in a clean driving record.
  • Team-Oriented: Works well with others, communicates clearly, and steps in to help when needed.
  • Reliable: Shows up on time, sticks to the route, and does the job without constant supervision.
  • Physically Capable: Lifting up to 50 pounds and handling regular bending, kneeling, and climbing in and out of the truck.
