CDL-A Truck Driver (Solo) – Home Weekly

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Truck Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. We are seeking dependable transportation professionals who understand the importance of safety, accountability, route execution, and customer service while operating commercial vehicles in a dedicated fleet environment.

This opportunity is designed for drivers who are looking for consistent freight, predictable home time, and the ability to earn competitive compensation while working with modern equipment. Drivers will operate tandem-axle sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmissions while hauling freight in 53-foot dry van trailers. This position supports a dedicated fleet operation serving multiple western and mountain region states.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating Class A commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transporting freight across designated routes while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Performing freight unloading utilizing roller systems when required.
• Conducting pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route vehicle inspections.
• Maintaining accurate logs and transportation documentation.
• Managing delivery schedules and route assignments efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, operations teams, and customers.
• Adhering to all safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Protecting cargo integrity throughout transportation and delivery processes.
• Representing the company professionally at customer and delivery locations.

Freight lanes primarily service Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Drivers can expect a weekly 34-hour reset with home time occurring weekly.

Compensation:

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,891
• Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $98,337

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 3 months of recent CDL-A driving experience.
• Ability to safely operate commercial motor vehicles in varying weather and road conditions.
• Ability to unload freight using roller systems when required.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours-of-Service requirements.
