We’re looking for a CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of trailers and equipment between our local facilities – ensuring our operations stay on track and running efficiently. No long-distance routes – just consistent, local shuttle runs that keep our network moving.

What You’ll Do:
• Safely and efficiently shuttle trailers between company facilities and yards
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Spot, hook, and unhook trailers in tight yard and dock environments
• Maintain clear communication with warehouse and operations teams
• Provide support in the warehouse or yard when shuttle runs are complete
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
• Other duties as assigned by manager

What You Need:
• Valid Class A or B Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• Strong backing and maneuvering skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, pull and/or push up to 100 pounds repetitively
• Able to lift and move commercial, passenger, and light truck wheel assemblies
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
