CDL-A OTR Driver - New Driver Friendly - $1,100-$1,300/wk

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $1,100 – $1,300 per week average

Position Overview

A national carrier is seeking CDL-A Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join a growing fleet with routes across 48 states. This opportunity is open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with limited experience — if you have your Class A license and a strong work ethic, we will work with you. Earn competitive weekly pay averaging $1,100 to $1,300 per week, with home time every two weeks and a supportive team ready to help you build your career behind the wheel.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes across the continental United States
• Complete accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document all findings
• Maintain HOS compliance using an electronic logging device
• Deliver freight safely and on time to destinations across multiple states
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or equipment issues
• Complete all required paperwork including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and fuel logs
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Maintain a professional demeanor at shipper and receiver locations
• Report any accidents, incidents, or concerns to safety and management immediately
• Take care of assigned equipment and report mechanical issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Recent CDL-A graduates welcome — new driver friendly program
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Automatic transmission restriction accepted
• Clean or explainable driving history
• Ability to be away from home for extended periods with home time every two weeks
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is preferred
