Be a part of the world’s #1 Pizza company and build a long‑term driving career with Domino’s Supply Chain. We operate dedicated routes delivering to our own stores, offering steady freight, transparent schedules, and a stable operation drivers can rely on.

The Domino’s Class A Commercial Truck Driver safely operates company‑owned commercial vehicles on established routes to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. Drivers unload product at each stop, provide professional customer service to store teams, pick up empty trays and carts, and return them to the Supply Chain Center.

On occasion, drivers may shuttle trailers to and from partner locations or position trailers at dock doors. All tasks are performed with safety as the top priority, including required PPE usage.

Pay & Earnings

  • $80,000–$90,000 in your first year
  • Compensation is based on miles driven and weight hauled
  • Company bonus and safety bonus opportunities available

Route Coverage & Schedule Transparency

This position services Domino’s stores across:

  • Michigan
  • Ohio
  • Indiana
  • Pennsylvania
  • Upstate New York (Rochester area)

Route Types & Typical Run Lengths

  • Local Routes: Approximately 8–13 hours (same‑day return)
  • Team Routes: Approximately 19–23 hours
  • Layover Routes: Up to approximately 30–33 hours (longest runs)

Routes are planned and assigned with clear expectations — drivers are not guessing week to week.

Dispatch Window

  • Dispatch occurs between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM
  • Schedules may include weekends, based on route demand

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
  • Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
  • Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
  • Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
  • Must pass DOT physical
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to work around yeast and flour
  • Delivery service experience, preferred
  • Experience driving 48' trailers, preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
