We are looking for a Service Owner for Low Code and AI Agents within the Intranet and No Code Platform (INCP)ServiceLine of Global Infrastructure ServicesatCHANEL IT.

This positioninvolvesglobal accountabilityforhighly visible servicesrelatedto Low Code apps and automation for Citizen and Pro Devuse.These services areusedbyall Chanel entities worldwide fora largerangeof purposes, frombasicpersonal productivity to complex technical solutions for business projects

The service around AI agents is becoming increasingly visible and critical for the houseOur ability to define and implement secure governance at a global level is key to embracing thisnew technologyresponsibly.

  • Be a genuine partnerindefining and articulatingtheCitizen IT visionat CHANEL, ensuring alignment with all entities through robust, federated governance frameworks.

  • Create a comprehensive service offering, covering everything from Citizen IT (such as individual productivity) to professional development practices.

  • Champion low code and agentic AI adoption,showcasingtheir transformative value in driving strategicobjectivesand digital acceleration.

  • GuideCHANEL IT entities in building capabilities around low code and agentic AI technologies,facilitatingtheir evolution into centers of excellence and operational excellence.

  • Operate the platform at the global level to support business-critical activities.

  • Oversee 24/7 platform reliability, collaborating with the support team to uphold stringent SLA commitments and support diverse time zones.

  • Implement a service-oriented approach to asset creation, efficiently addressing all incoming development and automation requests.

  • Participate in the management of a global Factory for designing, delivering, andmaintaininglow code and agentic AI solutions, including the evaluation of external technologypartnersand ensuring seamless integration with other tech entities.

  • Cultivate Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to accelerate the organizational transformation towards low code and agentic AI.

  • Empower entities to surface and prioritize impactful use cases, onboarding them into the governance framework.

  • Provide expert guidance and advisory support for new requests, including technical assessment, project qualification, and best practice process enablement.

  • Foster the emergence of local champions, equipping them to autonomously scale low code and agentic AI initiatives whilemaintainingalignment with global standards.

  • Establishand enforcestandards, policies, and compliance frameworks for low code and agentic AI.

  • Define project patterns based on their category (from citizen development to pro dev)..

  • For the pro dev projects, ensure rigorous compliance with existing infrastructure, security standards, and regulatory mandates, embedding these requirements into all professional-grade solutions.

  • Setupthe architecture review boards tovalidateand assure the quality, scalability, and security of low code and agentic AI deployments.

  • Drive cultural change and continuous learning across CHANEL Tech & Business communities through a structured transformation roadmap.

  • Develop compelling communication strategies and knowledge assets for dissemination via local Centers of Excellence.

  • Curate and deliver targeted training programs to elevate both technical and non-technical skillsets, promoting widespread adoption in line with the responsible AI framework, security, compliance and financial rules.

  • Spread a culture of continuous improvement,facilitatingknowledge exchange and community engagement through dedicated forums (e.g.communication website, Low Code Assembly community, webinars, etc.).

  • Embed Responsible and Ethical AI Practices in coordination with the Global Legal team

  • Define and implement governance controls to ensure transparency, explainability, and fairness in all agentic AI-powered solutions.

  • Monitor and mitigate potential ethical, security, and compliance risks associated with autonomous and generative AI technologies.

  • PromoteIntegrationandInteroperability

  • Drive the seamless integration of low code platforms and agentic AI with existing enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and operational resilience.

  • Establish best practices for API management, data exchange, and secure automation across legacy and modern environments.

  • Ensure Robust Security and Data Protection in coordination with the Global Cybersecurity team

  • Oversee the implementation of security and privacy standards within all solutions, ensuring compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal policies.

  • Regularly audit platform usage and application inventory to detect and remediate vulnerabilities or unauthorized activities.

  • Experience in orchestratingCentersof Excellence or transformation programs. You know how to empower local champions,facilitateknowledge transfer, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

  • A strong understanding ofMicrosoftlow code andAgentic AIsolutions.

  • Deepexpertisein no code and low code technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. You are highly proficient with tools such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Dataverse, and you understand their integration potential within a complex IT landscape.

  • You actively keep track of the technology roadmap, work in partnership with Microsoft andanticipatehow new features or changes can beleveragedfor CHANEL.

  • Fluent English, comfortable operating in a global environment; occasional travel depending on key workshops and entity onboarding moments
