Le poste de Global Tech HR Domain Manager chez SEPHORA est un rôle de leadership qui englobe des responsabilités managériales et stratégiques. Les objectifs principaux de ce rôle sont l’animation de l’équipe IT RH, le pilotage et livraison des projets d’intégration entre les différentes applications HR et Payroll et ainsi que le RUN de ces intégrations. Ce poste comprend également la planification et la gestion budgétaire, la collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l'ensemble de l'entreprise et le maintien d'une connaissance fonctionnelle et technique approfondie afin de piloter efficacement le cycle de vie des solutions du domaine.
Le Global Tech HR Domain Manager joue un rôle essentiel dans la supervision de la mise en place des projets RH d’intégration, des évolutions et des activités de support, garantissant ainsi une performance optimale et le respect des niveaux de service.
La personne en charge de ce poste et en collaboration avec les équipes HRIS de SEPHORA, met en œuvre des solutions informatiques d’interfaçage applicatives entre le Success Factors Entreprise ( My SEPHORA CAREER) et les applications RH opérationnelles comme :
Son périmètre est Global – il couvre la région EME mais s’étend à d’autres régions de Sephora (Chine, Asie du Sud Est, Amérique latine).
L’équipe est composée de 2 chefs de projets internes et de 2 consultants externes (développeurs) répartis entre la France (Neuilly) et le Maroc (Casablanca).
Il rapporte à la Direction des Systèmes d’Information et sous la responsabilité de la directrice du domaine Corporate qui englobe (Finance & Legal, HR, CoE RPA et Autorisations)

The position of Global Tech HR Domain Manager at SEPHORA is a leadership role that encompasses both managerial and strategic responsibilities. The main objectives of this role include leading the HR IT team, managing and delivering integration projects between various HR and Payroll applications, as well as overseeing the RUN phase of these integrations. This position also involves planning and budget management, collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, and maintaining deep functional and technical knowledge to effectively manage the lifecycle of domain solutions.
The Global Tech HR Domain Manager plays a key role in supervising the implementation of HR integration projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with service level agreements.
In collaboration with SEPHORA’s HRIS teams, the person in this role implements IT solutions for application interfacing between the SuccessFactors platform (My SEPHORA CAREER) and other related solutions, including:
The scope is global – covering the EME region and extending to other Sephora regions (China, Southeast Asia, Latin America).
The team consists of 2 internal project managers and 2 external consultants (developers) located in France (Neuilly) and Morocco (Casablanca).
The role reports to the Information Systems Department under the Corporate Domain Director, which includes Finance & Legal, HR, CoE RPA, and Authorizations.
